Highlights to all valued customers :-

1. *Voltage differences. Be aware the appliances and electronic equipment may not function properly without an adapter to certain countries e.g. US. The electronic merchandises sold in Krafz are based on British Standard. For customers from the countries with different standard or voltage will need an adapter and it is available in most of the electronic shops.

2. Exchange rates fluctuate. The estimated exchange rates provided in this website are the information for guidance only. Customers may visit online currency converter www.oanda.com for more up-to-date information.

3. *Custom. International customers will be charged taxes and/or custom duty by respective custom house, which are separate from the charges will be made by Krafz.

4. No Credit Card. If customer does not have a credit card, payment can either be made via a bank money order, telegraphic transfer or bank draft instead. Krafz will provide the customer all the details required, such as total cost of the item, plus the shipping and handling charges.

5. Possible Saving. Krafz are fully aware that credit card transaction over Internet could incur some limitations such as spending cap on the customer's credit card, limit of the Internet credit card trading amount etc. We thus offer our valued customers the additional payment methods i.e. telegraphic transfer, money order, bank draft, L/C and also pass down the saving to the customers for Worldpay's service charge on Krafz at 4.5% of the transaction amount. 

6. Bank-in Cash Payment. Customers who choose the additional payment methods listed in paragraph iv and v above, please follow the steps below:

   1. Deposit CASH amount into Hong Leong Bank Berhad a/c no. : KRAFZ WORLDWIDE TRADING - ( 085  00  00784  2 ),

   2. Fax DEPOSIT SLIP to us at 606 282 1627,

   3. Orders will be sent upon confirmation.

7. Translation Service. For customer services, Krafz will be able to read the inquiries in English, Malay, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese but will only reply in either English or Malay. Therefore, our valued customers may use the free translation service at AltaVista.

8. *Shipping Option. Customers except those from Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, should specify the shipping option e.g. UPS International Destination or select "Krafz to decide" if your main concern is the cost of delivery. Krafz will advise you separately then. Click here to view the shipping services provided by UPS. 

9. Minimum Purchase. The minimum purchase at US$200 is currently set as the promotion to dealers and distributors. We may request the first time customers to give more details for opening a wholesale account with us.
