| 1. Shopping Terms |

1.1) All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
1.2) All handicrafts are hand made, hand carved, hand painted by professional artisan, sculptors, carvers and painters. Thus, every piece of hand work can hardly be the same in size, shape, weight and colour.
1.3) Missing or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Returns are accepted only for true defects or errors for which Krafz is responsible. Defective merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt for inspection. A return authorisation must be issued before returns are accepted.
1.4) Krafz will not able to refund the shipping and handling fees, neither shall Krafz be held responsible for the return shipping for the damage and/or cancellation of goods for which is not due to Krafz.
1.5) Krafz does not guarantee the performance of any merchandise sold nor does it endorse any of the product advertised on the website.
1.6) Voltage differences. Be aware the appliances and electronic equipment may not function properly without an adapter to certain countries e.g. US. Please refer to Notice to Customers for more info.
1.7) In the event the price of product is listed wrongly due to typographical error and/or omission, we shall reserve the right to cancel any orders received and change the price. Please feel free to contact us at sales@krafz.com if you should have any queries on the pricing.
1.8) The cancellation of the order of a product shall be made before the product is shipped out. After the product is shipped out, Krafz will not be able to cancel the order. However, we will try to assist our valued customer. Email us at sales@krafz.com

| 2. Shipping and Handling |
|
2.1) International customers will be charged taxes and/or custom duty by respective custom house, which are separate from the charges will be made by Krafz.
2.2) For shipping and handling charges, Krafz will advise the customer separately when order is made. With regards to taxes and/or customs duty, the customer has to make the necessary arrangements or make payment to the shipping company.
2.3) Krafz does not make any money out of shipping and handling. We will refund the customer for the extras when the shipping and handling is overcharged or the contrary.
2.4) Customers except those from Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, should specify the shipping option e.g. UPS International Destination or select "Krafz to decide" if your main concern is the cost of delivery. Krafz will advise you separately then.
2.5) In addition to Freight Charges, the additional accessorial charges may be incurred by UPS. Please click here for details.

3.1) We are a Worldpay Guaranteed online store. The fulfillment of all transactions made by the shopper is guaranteed by Worldpay. Worldpay guarantee secured online transaction against third party fraud and Shopper Guarantee.
